      -A lot of different tasks - a great opportunity for professional growth; -Good teammates; -Salary is more than average in St Petersburg (Russia).

      Cons

      -Really bad management; -Lack of benefits for employees.

      Pros

      Interesting tasks fro RF design to digital signal processing. Very young team of engineers always ready to help. Flexible hours. Great first part-time job for students to get into profession. Salaries on par or higher than median for engineering positions in this field in Saint-Petersburg.

      Cons

      Bad project management. Signing contracts with impossible to accomplish deadlines and/or technical requirements. A lot of bureaucracy for engineer to take care of.
