      this company bought out ours and took over within a week. not one person from corporate has showed up to introduce themselves. all we have received has been paperwork online for us to sign. nothing in writing stating when will be paid, how pay/OT will be accumulated. NOTHING. we can't even as so much get on the pay system website/app and see anything except for our time and it doesn't even show OT collected. so far this company is joke

      The residents and staff are amazing

      Cons

      They will work you until you quite literally can’t work any more. Corporate sets rules for you to follow while never having stepped foot in the building. You can not give the proper QOC bc of short staffing numbers. They do not allow over time. And will write you up if you do not take an hour lunch

      Not many, everything was a mess

      Cons

      Management had no idea what they were doing, always short staffed, worked their staff into the ground to save a dollar. Company did not care about their staff at all.
