Cons
HR department is extremely hostile and careless. They do not provide a safe or healthy workplace for the employees. Finance department is not reactive, pay is always late and the CFOs turnover is high. Product team has the spotlight, but lacks expertise. it will not prioritize any other project that is not directly related to growing revenues, yet the product's still has a lot of room for development . Sales department is toxic, I've witnessed sales people physically fighting over clients, and some verbally abusing 'small' clients. "Marketing" department is a former sales department, they have no expertise in Branding, Growth, or Marketing. No career evolution Low pay, and little to no promotions
