Executive team is not leading the Company. Out of touch with reality. Departments are plagued with bureaucracy despite it being a 50 person Company. Nobody gets anything done and there is no technical leadership here. Conflicting initiatives, no vision, and ambiguous duties.

Requirements flip-flop constantly with zero written record—no emails, no tickets, nothing to hold anyone accountable except the team doing the work. Previous agreements vanish into thin air, then you’re gaslit about what was “really” said. When the inevitable mess happens from these constant changes, blame gets weaponized downward in a blatant scapegoating tactic—especially around layoffs, where it feels like management sacrifices people to protect their own positions. This isn’t incompetence; it’s a calculated fear factory that destroys trust, burns people out, and chases away anyone capable. Pure survival mode over actual leadership. I’d give negative stars if possible.
