      brutal bullying culture

      lovely offices - good pay - good benefits - great reputation in the area

      Cons

      leadership have no idea of how brutal and callous they are. they have zero ability to gauge impact - and if told are bright enough to explain why others are wrong to feel the way they do. although leadership has changed in last year - not much has changed at all. any voice that provides an alternative view is silenced.

      Good pay and benefits , facilities, challenging work, colleagues, really transparent in terms of information and deals.

      Cons

      Feels like the culture has changed for the worse. Definitely a sense of cutbacks and doing more work with less people which is going to have detrimental effects.
