Underpaid, undervalued and judged Even though they're a charity, they're in it for themselves! The charity is based in London but the actual activity centre is in the New Forest and there is a complete disconnection between the two teams. It feels outdated and a burden on the chairty to be running a place like Avon Tyrrell... the only money they really seem to make is through camping and house lodgings. For such a big site it is very poorly used though, not enough ambition and drive to push a really great centre.
