      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Flexible time off. Competitive salary...at first.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Owner seems to think employment laws and lab standards don't apply to him. No true leaders. Lab is understaffed and overworked. Sr. Toxicologist has no idea how her lab operates. Sr. Toxicologist will not work alongside her staff.

      Weekends off, very flexible with paid time off requests

      Cons

      Poor management, no raises unless you fight for them, inaccurate results, employee turnaround extremely high for a small company.
