      Easy work . Must be quick on your feet and sociable. Experience in troubleshooting and keeping customers happy in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

      Cons

      Not too many honestly. Might have to be a little more proactive about your benefits and other job perks since management can sometimes forget to tell your or remind you unless you ask.
