Pros
there is not even single good reason to work here for software guys, they are mainly outsourcing organisation.first of all they didnt give proper salary. by chance if you got good salary and any good client location to join then only join other wise dont ever think to join this so called human organisation .this compamy is only good for application engineers,that too not salary wise only for learning wise.
Cons
if i start writing cons there will be a huge list. but i will put some main cons.: they called them human organisation but they really dont know the human values. if you raise your voice for your rights, they will give you bad appraisal, top management is very bad. only one good technical manager was their who really sound technical as software prospective and i was lucky to work under him. there is no proper recognition og\f your work. if you are a pet on higher management then surely you will get rewards, as a fresher if you got the chance to join then be aware ,there id no proper training. they will ask you join and ask you to sign bond agreement which is totally illegal in india,and if you want to leave they will ask you to pay huge amount. they will maj]ke your life hell to tell you to learn every thing like .net,java,php even instrumentation languages also like plc and scada. i wasted my 2 years in that company ,and i was always feeling like a jail where i was working. seriously i will never recommended this so called 'HUMAN ORGANISATION' to any one to join.
