Its Consultancy but they label it as IA software development company. Job security threat and the employee should work on technology being experienced . They will throw out from company if they dont have projects and this happens every year so dont risk your career.. They cheat client but developing low quality software since it will be developed by freshers. Axcend dont have experienced developer, all freshers and few with no knowledge ruling since ages and management loves such bucket people. For sure new employees will be thrown out within 6-9 months because they dont have projects and money to pay. Management is pathetic they dont focus on sales for up scaling business rather they cut down head counts. No salary hikes since last 3 years.
