      Pros

      Since my early days with Axero, one thing I have noticed is that no two days are the same. There is something interesting happening all the time. The learning opportunities are tremendous. The product is cutting edge. My colleagues are fun to work with. Smart people make a smart company. Management is easy to approach. Leaves are no problem. A perfect work life balance is what I wanted and thats what I got since I started with Axero.

      Cons

      Cant think of any. Probably need latest gaming consoles to keep employees motivated. Xbox 1 maybe for breaks would be good.

      Pros

      - cutting edge technologies used within the product - get your hands dirty with everything: from optimising database queries to signalR programming and advanced CSS/LESS - perform or perish culture: if you are dedicated and passionate, you will really perform well, else you might be given mundane tasks - awesome people to learn with

      Cons

      - low salaries initially (but steep hikes for performers only) - no outside the country client visits

      - amazing learning experience - friendly and casual atmosphere - great benefits + work at home flexibility for some days each month - learned seniors - plenty of opportunities to learn and also teach your juniors (peer learning is heavily promoted) - absolutely zero politics (unlike other companies in India) -

      Cons

      - need a bigger office - need to change the office boy..he is a bit too rude sometimes
