New leadership started in 2021 so there have been a lot of helpful improvements and new processes put in place. Very talented and smart people are on our teams here. Completely remote with the flexibility to live and work from anywhere in the world! People-centric culture that shows leadership genuinely cares about the employees as humans and not just numbers. Unlimited time off is a great perk so there isn't stress if you need to take a day here and there. Mental Health days are promoted and encouraged!

If you thrive in an in-person, office environment, this may not be a good fit because the entire company is remote.

Good people (outside of leadership). The concept of the product is good.

Leadership is unprofessional and inexperienced. In the real world those “running” the company would never be in those positions if they had not paid their way into them. Your career and develop are not any area of concern and promotions are not given in a logical sense. Leadership ego is slowly but surely digging this company in a grave.
