We do periodically encourage team members to share honest feedback about their experiences—both positive and constructive—particularly as our organization has undergone significant leadership and operational changes over the past few years. We recognize that change can be challenging, and it is not uncommon for organizations in transition to receive a wide range of feedback. However, we strongly disagree with the assertion that we attempt to manipulate our ratings or misrepresent employee sentiment.
