-Team is unified by desire for meaningful climate impact! -Wear many hats -Learn and grow quickly (only held back by yourself) -Fast career/title growth -High equity ownership stake -Well-defined cultural norms (not a stereotypical garage startup)
Cons
-Work is ambiguous, not clearly defined. There typically isn't a clear "right answer" to a problem. -There is more work to do than team bandwidth available, so we have to make hard decisions about what to focus on, and we stretch ourselves to work harder than team members of larger companies. -The full compensation package (including cash, equity, and benefits) is competitive and attractive, but base cash salaries are lower than larger companies.

Uncertainty with job security, sudden layoffs, industry is niche which may impact success month after month, high risk but high reward.
