      High pay - tries to buy its way out of trouble

      Cons

      The CEO think he knows what he’s doing, but he doesn’t. Doesn’t listen to employees and doesn’t care for safety or efficacy, bullies people who disagree with him and he’s in denial of what is going on. The company is doing something that is not safe and will fail, but he doesn’t see it.
