Pros

Free lunch Monday through Thursday. Can't really remember any other pros about this company. The salary comes on time. Yeah and if they decide that they would how are you you can get in without any kind of Interviews.

Cons

Well for starters the CEOs and Directors of the company act like they are somekind of pagan gods who demand the sacrifice of blood and bones at every all hands meet. I have known about micromanagement in my previous jobs but I got to realise the sheer audacity of a company who can micromanage to the core. It's not about whether the manager holds the title of assistant vice president or Vice President. Even if the need to give their team member half a day of leave they need to run to the CEO and ask specifically whether that employee can be given any kind of leave at all. Mr. Ravi, the coo does not know anything about being chief , or a director or seem to know anything about operations. On top of that, he is an expert liar. He can forget about any task he has assigned to you seven days back and when you present the same task to him after a week of hard work he would flatly refuse to believe that he ever told you to do something like that. Happened to me three times, and has happened many times to my team members. I doubt they know their revenue per month. Hiring: they only hire boot licking people in their company.if they hire somebody else by mistake, they would harass the person until they quit or find some silly excuse to get rid of them. The HR does not even know how to write proper English. It was the worst decision of my life to have joined this company. I wish nobody makes the same mistake as I have made.

AxisRooms was established only on Feb 2011. So even co founders do not have 10 years experience in AxisRooms :) Its a start up and micro management will happen with respective departments. And looks like you have not been able to manage start up pressure. Most of the people we fire are the ones which comes with negative feedback similar to this. Otherwise generally our attrition rate is very low compared to even large enterprise companies.

Pros

No positive point. everything is worst here. All positive reviews are fake.

Cons

Too much work. For tech job they are paying salary like support team. HR is very bad and took more than 2 months to confirm my job. Painful HR. Most of the employees are unprofessional, everyone behaves like owner. Many employees are left and still leaving because of the bad management. Lack of leadership and vision Nothing new to learn, everyday the same work. No personal growth.
