Pros

- Flexibility - Lots of Growing Potential - Room to learn on the job - Good Work-Life Balance - Exciting Atmosphere - Tribe Weeks are always a fun mix of workshops and social interactions - A nice balance of personal freedom and responsibilities - Nice Colleagues - No daily commute - International environment - Beautiful office/co-living space in the historical center of Brussels - Employee Stock Option Plan - No holiday cap - Culture with open communication - Flat company structure - Expenses of public transport are 100% covered - Not a stubborn rules based foundation, talking is encouraged. - Laughing is allowed

Cons

- In person contact with all the colleagues is limited if you don't live near Brussels, - Start up salary (should change in the future) - No company pension plan - No company health insurance - To grab some food or a drink near the office you need to avoid the Brussels tourist traps.
