      Pros

      reasonable salaries OK benefits (but getting cut more and more)

      Cons

      arrogant, ignorant, socially incompetent management no strategic ideas a lot of buzz words, but not a lot of substance questionable treatment of people promotions only depend on who you have connections with more write-offs and lay-offs are likely

      Pros

      Innovation in all energy areas, outstanding risk management, entrepreneur spirit, excellent professionals striving to achieve results and give the best costumer service.

      Cons

      Due to its public shareholders sometimes the Organisation can be to bureaucratic, two animals in one company: Assets and Trading. As in other utility, standard generation is suffering low market prices.

      It's a cash machine for the top management

      Pros

      You do what you want to do. Out of any control. A lot of free time and vacations not saved in the system. Just in Outlook!!

      Cons

      Being not shareholders the top management is very mediocre. No responsibility at all. But very fat bonuses. The shareholders (kantons) have no clue how the top management and the inner circle are squeezing the company
