Pros
I really like the team and the fighting spirit they have, I was treated with respect since day1. CEO and every one were honest and tell me everything I needed to.
Cons
It is challenging as it is a startup, some time there are surprices and I am not used to that, however I feel that this is sharpen my skills and make me more confident.
