- low pay vs industry standard - empty titles (little autonomy) - ceo is too involved in trade level activity (in every group chat) - marketing department spearheaded by CEO’s son who has 0 experience in marketing and/or CPG - virtually no budget to leverage trade programs -no car allowance

Great work environment, very supportive and understanding management. Ample growth opportunities within the company and everyone is very cooperative and understanding. Can take time off anytime.
