- low pay vs industry standard - empty titles (little autonomy) - ceo is too involved in trade level activity (in every group chat) - marketing department spearheaded by CEO’s son who has 0 experience in marketing and/or CPG - virtually no budget to leverage trade programs -no car allowance

The employees are all great Growing industry Diverse group of people (80% Indian) young people

-Senior management doesn't care about their employees -very little incentive to work there for the employees (no bonuses, no events, little effort in workplace culture) -never any recognition or thank you's for al the hard work everyone does -CEO and President turn a blind eye on workplace bullying -operations manager is terrible. huge power tripping, lying, manipulative woman. honestly terrible.
