      Pros

      AZ Big Media offers employees incredible access to networks, decision makers and leaders of Arizona. It's a fantastic way to get your name out to the business community, quickly.

      Cons

      The work environment is understaffed and leadership is unprofessional. Every day was tense and often filled with conflict between departments. People were overworked, underpaid compared to industry norms and exhausted by expected output. It seemed most employees took issue with the publisher and her communication style as well. It made an already tough job even tougher.

      Enjoyed working with cientele in the hospitality business segment.

      Cons

      The owner and publisher lack integrity. Swim with sharks culture. What was promised in commissions was not delivered.

      Pros

      They've mastered a very lucrative system that lines the pockets of the Owner, VP of Operations and the Publisher crafted from greed, dishonesty, fear and theft.

      Cons

      I figure they've gotten away with conducting business as long as they have because they hire front-line sales people who aren't the brightest bulbs in the box or living in fear of not being good enough to find another job. Either way, beware, as this system of theirs is the only thing they've developed that's successful and trust me, your success is not part of the system, nor are their customers success....
