Too much pretense, arrogance, gossiping, and no actual work. Nobody cares about work, the HR team goes to the highest extent to hold back the employees (with celebrations, food, perks) but all serious candidates manage to leave asap. A very high-level employee turnover ratio is what you'll see. This organization is not recommended to anyone with a serious career focus, don't fall prey to +review mockups. Never understood why they hold so many meetings and waste too much time!

No leaves during Probation/internship time; Six months of internship period/probation; They'll act like your friend but won't think before stabbing you in the back.; Rude/Jealous managers of teams especially magazine teams; Fired me after 6 months of probation, even after I optimised their whole work; Not good pay.
