      Employee retention process with meals and festivities

      Cons

      Hard work not recognized, ideas neither appreciated nor implemented, unjustified comparison with other employees, no employee benefits or clear HR rules to follow. An experienced technical team is missing, you will be on your own most of the time. Progressive estimates you put across the table will be overlooked by the management, which brings disappointment.

      Lovely people, Flexibility, no supervision, cool infrastructure, great views, a lot of celebrations and parties, salaries done on time.

      Way too many parties and celebrations. Sometimes, parties without any reason.
