Pros
I used to work as an architect and executive draftsman. I designed the desired factory of Jan Group using AutoCAD, drew its plans in detail, and for 7 years, I supervised and made changes to the plans I designed during their implementation, in accordance with the drawings and people's supervision. These structures included the offices, the factory building itself, the utility and guesthouse, and their hotel. I also participated in their maintenance and repair.
Cons
Disadvantages of not providing timely funding and incorrect planning by the employer include supply and demand issues in small countries like Azerbaijan, for example, the huge Isuzu factory we built for them was not operational due to its huge production capacity and low demand in the country. However, the successful Mila dairy factory, for which I drew the plans, had fewer skilled workers and I constantly monitored the plans to ensure they were constructed according to the blueprint. There were many mistakes made by the surveyors, which wasted a lot of time.
