      Made some great friends there

      Azure Group is a small family run company and very political. The owners are unkind and don't treat the employees well. The company is understaffed and will load the employees up with unreasonable amounts of work. You are expected to stay back late until it is finished and work to unrealistic deadlines. From when I started with the company there were about 20 employees and only 1 is left.

      The work is pretty diversed.

      Cons

      Highly political. The partners are very unreasonable and expect you to stay as late as 10pm when the deadline comes. They also appreciate the non-hardworking but good at talking employees more than the modest hard workers. 10/10 the most toxic working environment I ever stayed
