maybe a bit racist between the boss and the clerk because the clerk who does the work is considered unemployed compared to their race who do not have a job but are considered busy and also the boss will push the clerk every day so it's a bit stressful there.
Poor management which leads to poor working culture and decrease in productivity. You will be engaging in project base and perfection cases most of the time. Not much opportunity for career growth as well the increase of salary.
