      Pros

      Remote work is a lot of fun and very productive. Team is great, ambiance is good except for the managers who feel the pain to shield the team.

      Cons

      Impossible deadlines. CEO is shooting everywhere hoping to hit something. Force to write low quality product to achieve crazy deadlines. Target date based on feeling instead of facts. Makes promise to customers without consulting the team

      Great team, work from home

      Cons

      - unstable job, you never know when CEO is gonna fire you fro no reason. Every month, an employee gets fired or quits. -very bad management -employees are underpaid except for few -no bonus, no pay raise -direction feeding their employees lies and selling them dreams -nepotism
