Pros
B Floral is home to a very friendly and upbeat team of creative and artistic individuals. Employees receive a clear cut and through explanation of expectations, benefits, company workflow and structure right from the start. There is a buzz of excitement and communication running throughout the team and it is also especially fun to see behind the scenes and enjoy the beautifully designed floral creations. Some other perks include delicious snacks, a comfortable and visually appealing (and dog friendly) office space, a great coffee setup and monthly team building meetings and super fun team events. Overall B Floral is home to a great, youthful, hardworking team-culture surrounded always by the most stunning floral creations.
Cons
All staff members need to be encouraged to maintain communal spaces.

Pros
Good perks like office snacks and upgrades working space with Mac laptops. Lower level employees work well together and have a general understanding of each other.
Cons
Leadership and management need a great amount of work. There is a lot of drama and talking down to employees from upper management. No one seems to be in the same page and seem to be focusing on the wrong things, not what is important. They don’t pay overtime, even though weekend work is required most of the time. Leadership micromanages and has a great distrust in their employees. It is not a positive, growing work environment at all and no room for growth.
