I think B&M offers opportunities to work both night shift and day shift, giving more flexibility. I really like how supportive and approachable my department lead was .We could share anything with them. Higher pay during night shifts is a plus, and the company provides good medical coverage and a 401k.
Cons
Some coworkers tend to talk behind your back if you make a mistake or say the wrong thing, and news spreads quickly. This can create unnecessary stress in the workplace
Decent pay for entry level, everyone is great to work with, great benefits, optional overtime, and schedule.
Cons
Long hours, short breaks, old school machines, more about quantity instead of quality, company doesn’t want to calibrate/fix machines unless necessary.
