Long hours, short breaks, old school machines, more about quantity instead of quality, company doesn’t want to calibrate/fix machines unless necessary.

Worst Leadership ever experienced. Poor Training Half of your time is spent Reworking defective blades and or sorting and scrapping them. No Quality Manager. They fired the best Quality Manager we ever had because the company has no desire to become ISO Certified. No desire for excellence. Company is ran by 85 year old that doesn't believe in Quality. he relates it to politics saying it's Communism. Top Customers are complaining on a weekly basis soon to loose business. Watch your back, They are back stabbers in the company, no loyalty and do not care about you as an individual
