      International environment, interesting projects & collaborations, young office

      Cons

      Young office (not enough experience in some crucial areas), very low salary compensation (doesn't follow the Dutch CAO agreement), lack of work-life balance, people will think you're crazy if you leave work "early" (early = 8pm).
