      during busy period often get quite a bit of hours

      Cons

      underpay considering the work given, understaffed sometimes, hard to move up in the company they place you in the same position every day

      -Staff meals are mostly not restricting so you may eat whatever you desire. With some caveats. -Mostly friendly co-workers. -Schedules are mostly negotiable and are generally flexible.

      Cons

      -Japanese speaking managers means there will be language barriers. But they are trying their best. -Slow career progression. -Basic benefits
