      Pros

      BBC talks a good talk about culture and in fairness, there is no shouting ego maniacs

      Cons

      It is unbelievable in the Sydney office. Basic items like printing and basic employee catering is eliminated alongside head count freezes but somehow the leaders flies business class clocking up jollies and junkets travel costs double the average salary that are so transparently abusing the system.

      Language has all the tick boxes around diversity

      Cons

      The language is deceptive, especially in the regional businesses in Asia Pacific where leadership is all white english that cannot make it in real leadership roles back home and are on a power trip.

      Pros

      Excellent culture, great people. If you're an A+ employee they will develop you and really help you. For a television company, you're exposed to some much great content that it makes the work all that more easier. The Sydney office in particular has an amazing culture with some really great staff.

      Cons

      There's lots of layers to the organisation which means things take longer and there are many approvals that need to be sought for even the smallest thing. It's also a very risk averse company so change happens very slowly.
