Pros
Excellent culture, great people. If you're an A+ employee they will develop you and really help you. For a television company, you're exposed to some much great content that it makes the work all that more easier. The Sydney office in particular has an amazing culture with some really great staff.
Cons
There's lots of layers to the organisation which means things take longer and there are many approvals that need to be sought for even the smallest thing. It's also a very risk averse company so change happens very slowly.
