      Pros

      Only pro is that stalwarts of the hairdressing industry like Avan Contractor and Adhuna Bhabani were associated with it as founders and encouraged creativity.

      Cons

      The current CEO who is also a Director in BBlunt now! She is rude, doesn't trust anyone and loves having people round her who can give her gossip about other employees. She is abusive and talks bad to people on their face. She is the primary reason why BBlunt is a LALA company today and hasn't been able to progress.
