Pros

Work perks. On site cook for employees, traveling to trade shows, product testing, etc.

Cons

No set business model. Policy, procedure, and management changes on a weekly basis. Homemade software system that is from the 90's. Everyone is on edge because people get fired all the time. No room for upward mobility. Big business wanted to portray themselves as "Mom and Pop". No growth in the right places. Expected to work 50 hours a week and none of this is appreciated. Have to ask to get up from your desk to go to the bathroom.

Pros

The free food before it became sub-standard and they started cooking below quality food to make it stretch and they would not limit the slouchy fat employees from getting 2nd, 3rd, and 4th helpings. People who would had breaks at a later time in the day would not have anything to eat. True it s a good gesture but it was not as great as they make it sound. The Uber service is a job. They don't disclose that you can only use the Uber service 3 times per year. You have to wait 90 days to get insurance , which is so expensive $100.00 plus for one person, and $200.00 plus for 2 people. They pay $16.00 just to take it back in the insurance. They use profuse profanity all the managers you will be Bee's and F-bombs every day. Unprofessional unfriendly, You get 24 hours of PTO for your 1st year. and the paid time grilling in a joke . They tell you a bunch of stuff to hook you into talking the job. they are nice on the interview . but very back stabbing . I don't think the owner knows what goes on. They just throw crap at the wall and whatever sticks is what they go with.

Cons

they lie, they are very back stabbing, they will be nice on the interview and stab you in the back once you take the job. they will hire you for one position they have you doing all kinds of jobs that was never discussed during your interview. This company has a high turn over rate

Pros

Fun job, with a lot of great people who the company is lucky to have.

Cons

Pay is not good, and does not scale for effort put in. If you absolutely go above and beyond, you will be lucky to keep up with inflation. Expected to achieve year over year exponential growth, but no bonuses are given for high performing years. Promises are made to "share the gainz" when the company sells, but that did not hold true the first time and does not look probable in the future seeing as they refuse to put what share the gains is, in writing. Very real pay gap of women vs. Men with same experience and effort. CMO is out of touch and needs to realize they are lucky to have the talent they have, because they have not earned the talent they have on the team.
