Pros
Overall workplace environment is supportive. The pay is the average 25/h, and working on weekends is even higher. Additionally, you get dinner afterwards! If the day went well, you can even pack some for home.
Cons
Having passion or drive is what makes or breaks it for employees; the restaurant industry is ruthless for anyone. Late shifts can also be draining, especially during peak service hours. There's no breaks as well, so expect to be on your feet for 5 to 6 hours straight.
