      Pros

      Agile practices and experienced staff. Tends to hire former BC government leadership with focus on provincial and global energy projects. Excellent benefits and very professional.

      Cons

      Fast paced and not designed for staff that do not have a growth mindset or lack aptitude for innovation.

      Pros

      It's a great first job right out of university. Have opportunity to work with multiple departments i.e., Compliance & Enforcement, technical inspectors, engineering team, well management team. Good environment to learn about the oil and gas industry from regulatory perspective. Benefits are great as well.

      Cons

      Starting salary may not be as competitive as Oil & Gas companies.
