You will never be appreciated for your work done here, even if you give your half-life or full nights to BC Web Wise. The founder of the company (Chaaya Bharadwaj) is so selfish that she only needs her work to be done at any cost. People here specially Chaaya do so much of micro-level of management of everything that that from the very first week you'll feel irritated. You'll hardly survive in BC Web Wise if you disagree with Chaaya's point at any level.
They don't know how to retain clients. No existing and past clients are happy with their overall company performance.
At last, I want to say that. It will be far better if you go to an agency where you'll learn more and get respect...
