      -Great Office Culture -Generous PTO and Holidays off -Flexible schedule/hours -Biannual bonuses -Medical Benefits -No micromanaging -Awesome coworkers

      -Salary -No 401k -Awesome office/location but definitely outgrowing the space

      Pros

      BCBH Tech is an awesome place to work. Management has an open door policy and does a great job listening and working with their employees. Perfect company to start your career with.

      Cons

      Company atmosphere is very laid back, and employees are responsible for their own work/productivity. May be a little different for people who are used to a strict work environment.
