Easy first time job but limited potential - Linkbuilder BCBH Technology Services Employee Review

I can't really think of any cons, it's truly a great place to work.

Working at BCBH Tech is great. Management treats you with respect and values your ideas, opinions, expertise, and work. BCBH Tech does not follow archaic rules of regular offices from past while at the same time it isn't your typical "new quirky hip fun place to work" just for the sake of being perceived as one of those places, instead it naturally and authentically is a fun place to work. It doesn't patronize millenials and new generations like some other offices do. Super flexible work hours, come in and get your work done. Convenient location downtown, nicely decorated offices, and new equipment (no dusty boring cubicles). Breaks are welcomed, working on our own pace creates more productivity. On nicer days we take walks around the lake/neighborhood. Collaborative workflow is encouraged and fostered. The work is rewarding and results are seen and measured, plenty of accolades for high quality of work. I have never felt drained after work or felt the dread I used to feel at other jobs when waking up. Lots of vacation days and holidays. Awesome co-workers, everyone gets a long and we do lunches together regularly. Kitchen is STACKED with food/snacks at your request as a huge perk. Management truly cares about their employees and the work being done. They will help you be successful and provide you with everything you need to produce.

Your family and friends will get jealous and wish their office was run the same way as BCBH Tech. Still some growing pains but very minor.
