      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      You get a few free lunches every now and then. That's about it.

      Cons

      This place claims to promote a "work life balance." Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, you are tied to your cell phone 24/7 and they don't even provide you with one. You have to use your own personal cell. On top of that, you have to pay for your own parking which is really expensive. Then they give you one free month in a whole year and act like they are the biggest saints in the world for doing that. I would tell anyone considering this company to stay far away.

      Pros

      The pay checks always cleared. Most of my coworkers were great.

      Cons

      I should have known this was a horrible place when one of the partners screamed and cursed at another parter in front of everyone. I was let go a couple of weeks after working a full weekend on an RFP response. Suddenly my skill set didn't match the company's direction. Turns out that direction is the toilet.

      Pros

      You do get happy hours on Fridays, provided you have time for it. More often than not, the employees are way too busy.

      Cons

      If you're looking for an entry level job and willing to work like a dog in order to quickly move on to bigger and better things, this is a good place to do that. But if you're trying to advance, this is not where you want to be. Collaboration is lacking and management is disconnected from employees. The benefits are very poor, especially the health insurance, and they don't provide any money for parking.
