Pros

Promotion is easy to attain.

Cons

- Teachers get to receive citations easily despite having enough proof of internet outage. Didn't have a good experience as a teacher way back then. - Teachers, Team Leaders, ITs, QAs, Trainers and some managers kept on leaving left and right because of the poor treatment to its people. - Teachers and promoted people prefer to go AWOL because of the toxic environment that was established inside. - Late announcement of changes related to incentives and other stuff. People will only be shocked because of the retro effect. - They have conducted townhall meetings but when issues were raised by the teachers, the managers will get pissed to the team leaders of how the teachers reacted during the said townhall session. Teachers were raising concerns about the undying disputes of Finance team but our team leaders were blamed instead of fixing the issues. -Leaves are being cancelled despite its prior approval. Cancellation happens because of lack of teachers who will cater their students.

Pros

- Friendly environment for teachers. - Excellent training period. - SOME supportive team leads. - Working schedule. (Weekends off)

Cons

- The salary is not worth it. No other benefits too aside from allowance and HMO. You'll get more stressed than being paid. ESL company but BPO-like set up. - The management DOESN'T CARE about the welfare of their employees. They'd put almost all of their teachers at risk during the COVID19 pandemic by sharing lockers and stations. Just a sprinkle of alcohol and that's it. :) - The management always give short notices. They'll just decide to launch a new project right away without having their teachers trained for the specific system. Just do your job and figure out how are you going to survive the domino class. They don't ask the teachers' suggestions first before doing something. They do changes almost every month. - POOR Communication. They just don't like to communicate and don't care about the teachers at all. - Unprofessional MANAGERS. - PRO Students. PRO Profits. Never PRO Employees.
