Excessive use of interns in Software and Hardware who barely stay 2 to 3 months
Bad turnover rate, I'd say the average person lasts less than 1 year there.
Far away from Barcelona and terrible public transportation to get there.
Processes are never documented and lost every day.
Salary is below average for the experience and expectations.
