      Pros

      Exciting technology. Young and friendly colleagues. Being close the hardware.

      Cons

      The Software department seems to have been directionless for a few years now. Excessive use of interns in Software and Hardware who barely stay 2 to 3 months Bad turnover rate, I'd say the average person lasts less than 1 year there. Far away from Barcelona and terrible public transportation to get there. Processes are never documented and lost every day. Salary is below average for the experience and expectations.

      Was a good time I enjoyed what I was doing.

      Cons

      It took a very long time to get me setup. Would have been nice if I could have a done a bit more work at the start

      Good atmosphere and great group of people to bounce of ideas and collaborate in different projects in such an emerging and growing tecnology

      Salary is not great, and excesive use of intern programmes
