      Pros

      The on the ground staff where great and supportive.

      Cons

      Seinior management was abysmal. Very unprofessional, poor management skills with a serious lack of knowledge of employment law. Very toxic environment where staff aren't supported. Culture is awful, seinior management team are unlawful bullies that don't deal with problems effectively or correctly. Flexibility is very one way.

      Friendly staff, helpful and dedicated. Busy business with lot's of contract's

      Cons

      Bullying management, if your face don't fit your singled out made to feel innefective, staff are not happy and there's been a lot of key people leave and not replaced, expect existing staff to pick up the jobs
