Management lacks structure and consistency. Very little training for a large company with several agencies with no procedural manual or guidelines. Favoritism of certain employees. Management does not communicate with employees well. Tasks are not completed. No standards in regards to coverage, more emphasis on revenue. Management lacks integrity.
