Employees can work, 15-16 Hrs, but can't come 1 mins late on next day, most shittest rule. Management can decide the rules and can change whenever they want. No one can raise the voice against it. Worst behaviour in Covid lockdown condition. Reduced salaries of employees, ask them to left the company even having good project in hand. And forces remaining manpower to complete the assignment within time by asking them to work day and night, just to make profit out of them.
