Pros
Working at BDDW is great if you're a man who has some small degree of craftsmanship and an even higher degree of sucking up to upper management.
Cons
As a woman, any concern you have about the shop environment, procedures, and processes, will be carefully listened to and ignored. Managers will only cater to the needs of the owner, no matter how stupid and pointless the needs are. I tried my very best to enjoy the job because the furniture is beautiful and fun to make, but the overall experience slowly sucks out your soul and leaves you with a feeling of empty worthlessness.
